I am completely satisfied with the work performed. I have never had Service Done at **** Hannah KIA that did not involve a Car Wash...maybe that has been discontinued.

Even on the drive home I was thinking about the amazing over-the-top level of service I was given by Cassandra. She is definitely an asset to **** Hannah Kia. At first I didn’t know what to think and I was thinking to myself, “why is she treating me like a celebrity?” I haven’t always left DHK feeling great about my experience, but this experience erased those less than optimal situations and make me feel good about coming back. She earned my future business.
