I felt extremely confident with the work that was done on my vehicle and I do not feel that I overpaid for anything. Dakota was efficient in keeping me posted with my vehicle and called to explain what needed to be done. Very satisfied!

Service was excessively slow, Dakota Brachman made obviously annoyed comments like “this isn’t jiffy lube” when I enquired. 3 hours after arriving to my scheduled appointment I was informed I would need a new tire and it would take at least a couple more hours to get it on my vehicle. Why was this not looked into at the beginning of service? It seems likely that an overall assessment should be done first, especially since it is something I pointed their attention to. I will never offer my patronage to this service shop again.

The Kia rewards program is a scam. At 6 months I'm supposed to have an oil change, tire rotation, and some fuel additive for $119? Essentially it's an oil change for $119 because everything else should be free for buying a new car. The next service is to change the cabin air filter? Really? Those should last 3 years easy. It should be based on mileage and not time.
