It took 6 hours to change 1 tire.
We're good. I got a free oil change with delivery service due to all the issues. Not sure that James or Cassandra are good but the service director took care of us after all the mistakes.
Wonderful work, it looks great, I want to thank him very much. The reason I chose **** Hannah is because even though it's in Vancouver and I live in Portland it was the cheapest and I called five different dealership and got five different quotes for parts and labor that just don't make sense to me so thank you again

Disappointed in the detailing of my windows. Must’ve used a horribly dirty rag as the streaks were aweful. Nothing else to complain about.
Every employee that I had contact with, on the phone and in person, asked if I had been there before, even after looking up our information. We purchased our vehicle from **** Hannah Kia, had every service done there and are part of the customer loyalty program. It would be nice to be greeted as a loyal customer and welcomed back when we come in for service each time.
He was extremely helpful and I never felt like I was causing any trouble even though I came the wrong day. Thank you for your continued high quality service. You are wonderful!

After driving home from work about 20-25 minutes into the commute the air started to warm up and it stopped being cold.
Molly is the best! My service is always great with her!
And a clip on the cabin air filter cover is now broken.
