Cassandra did a great job of keeping me informed of the status of my car. She let me know as soon as it was completed.
She was amazing in helping me speed up the process for me. I had my 7 yr old and my 5 yr old with me. One of the is type 1 diabetic and she was compassionate in her helping us get out of there in a timely matter.
I worked with both Cassie and Devin and they were both helpful.
We waited four hours on our Saturday for an Express Oil Change and car wash 4 hours later we had a $50 oil change and a dirty car. when we asked about this if it was explained that they were protecting me environment and that only people who asked in advance got Car washes..... We truly expressed we wanted a car when we arrived.
We've had some trouble with our old kia recently and James and the team have been great to work with.

Car was done in a timely manner and with great team work
The service was wonderful and the work done was perfect. The one thing I had a problem with was the communication. Not with Cassandra because I wasn’t just dealing with her, and when I was talking to her she was perfect. Everyone else that I was talking to was telling me different stories and it was very stressful and confusing. Also I wasn’t updated on my car like I believe I should’ve been.
But I am very thankful that my car was fix and working perfectly now!

No or very slow returning my phone calls. When I was driving home my check engine light came on. In checking with Auto Zone (a few blocks from my house) the computer said lean on idle and starting.
James was very kind and informative.

Results kinda **** as the engine froze. Not **** Hannah’s fault. Dakota was great, wish it could have been fixed, was hoping to get it to 200k miles. Oh well now I have a 3800 pound boat anchor????. Hope to get it towed for junk shortly.
The lack of communication was such a let down. Brand new car keeping it for a week? Then charging me for an oil change for my car that only has 3300 miles on it? This being my first service experience makes me very concerned for the future.

James was purposely misleading as to when the repair could be finished and as to actually calling the warranty company when he said he did. When I called him out him out on it he became sirly and kurt in his communication. I also feel that he overcharged me on the starter and on the time of the labor. He held my car for ransom by charging for an unneeded and un-authorized diagnostic. Had I known it would take 3 days to replace a starter or that I'd be charged almost $300 for an after market charger or that I'd get charged for a diagnostic after I had already gotten one elsewhere, I never would have brought the car into KIA. I won't use KIA again and I feel like sueing you assholes!
