There were two major issues with the service I received. First of all my car service appeared to be done within an hour but no one came to tell me it was ready until I went into the service area around 25 minutes later. Secondly when I drive away my car had a knock in the rear end and was not driving well. I immediately went back to the service area. I told the service rep what was wrong and he proceeded to talk to me as if I was imagining the issue. He opened my hatchback and look in the back like there was something in their causing the problem. I told him that there was no knock when I brought in the car to whic he replied that no work was done on the rear of the car. He then took it back after telling me to wait in the waiting room. About 5 minutes later he brought my car back and said the lug nuts in my rear tire weren’t tightened properly and that he was sorry for that adding that “I wasn’t in danger and it wasn’t like the tire would fall off” I took my keys and left. Everything was fine after that. I am a long term customer since 2011 and have never been treated so poorly. I don’t want the service rep to call me because I personally never want to deal with him or his attitude again. I will come back for service because every other time it’s been fine but I do expect in the future to be treated with respect. Thank you.

Dakota Brachman did a fine job. I do not have anything negative to say about Dakota. However, I would rate the value of the service I received from Kia this morning as a “3” out of “10” overall. I left a message for the manager of the service deptartment to follow up with me for more details surrounding my experience.

The staff was friendly. My concerns were with the paperwork and then not performing a service that I requested and then told it was declined. I did not decline the service. The tech told me it was not necessary but it could have been done while you had the car. Now we need to schedule another date and time to come in to get that service done. Not convenient for us. Also I had questions regarding the recall paperwork . There was nothing in the paperwork that the recall was completed. However I spoke to Dakota over the phone and he explained everything and reviewed everything with me. He was very thorough and answered all my questions.

Waited for over 2 hours for an oil change, even with an appointment. Staff was rude—specifically Dakota—who claims he told us it would take that long when he never did. Dakota also told us the headlight we had replaced would cost $20 + labor, but it ended up being $32 + labor—so he said “oh it was more than I thought”. Seriously? So you didn’t know how much it would cost. We usually don’t get our oil changed at Kia, but we came this time because we had a coupon. After this experience, we will gladly pay more money to go ANYWHERE ELSE. terrible service.

This is our 3rd Kia Sorento we have purchased and are sure we will love this one just as much or more so as the other ones. Our salesperson was Lucas Davidson and we 1st talked to Dave in finance and then followed with Jim and could not have worked with nicer people which made our purchase very easy.

James was great, but the young lady who wrote up the order was a liar. She claimed i didn't want tire rotation when i even brought in a certificate for rotation. She lied to james saying she asked me if i wanted rotation and i said no. That was an outright lie!!!
