Was told diagnosis would be free and then they’d quote me a price for repairs if needed, so I scheduled an oil change and diagnostic. Drove up from Portland to find that was a lie and was told no it Would be $400, then the oil change was about $20 more than the kia dealership in Portland. So I sat in your waiting room and called other garages Found another garage that will diagnose for $100 and that cost would be substrates from repair costs.
You lost a customer for life, and I’ll recommend no one visit your entire dealership. Stay classy vantucky
