This is my second time with **** Hannah service. Cassie is great. Always takes the time to answer questions. I am generally leery of service departments at dealerships, but very happy with everything.

I had an appointment scheduled at 8:30am to get a 7500 mile service and get a recall repair done. I scheduled this appointment 11 days in advance. When I arrived the recall was not scheduled and I was told it *might* be able to be completed but it would be late afternoon. I left the dealership and at 9am asked to cancel the recall repair due to time constraints. At 950 I got a text saying James advised against it. At 10am I went to the service center to check on the status of the vehicle and found that it had not even been started, despite it being 1.5 hours after my appointment time. I expressed that I did not have all day but was assured that the recall repair would not take long. I was set up with a rental car, which was very unsatisfactory itself but that is a concern for enterprise. I was admittedly frustrated that I had not been offered one in the morning and James did apologize that none of this was discussed with me initially. At 2:19pm I received a call that my car was ready for pickup and I made my way back to the dealership from my house in SE portland. Upon arrival at 3:05pm I watched a service tech moving my vehicle back into the bay and was informed that it was just then going in for a wash and that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. At 3:30pm I finally got my car back and the wash was pretty subpar itself and they didn't bother vacuuming. Then Frank called to try to get me to trade in my vehicle. Overall it was the most unsatisfactory experience I've ever had with **** Hannah Kia.

My fuse cover was left off and somehow my car lost the Bluetooth capability so I had to go back. I was still mostly satisfied.

I was very frustrated that I called and placed an order for a driver’s side mirror, waited it to be painted and then came in early before work to get it replaced. After an hour and a half waiting (including pushing my shift back), james comes to tell me that Parts ordered the wrong side mirror and that I had to leave and wait again to get it replaced. Though very fristrating, James provided great service recovery and made it right by communicating clearly each process, providing compensation for the experience, and ensuring that I was made a priority when I came in to get the mirror replaced, take only about 30-45 minutes. Though the error shouldn’t have been made in the first place, James provided excellent service in resolving the problem, which is much rarer from my experience with other Kia Dealers I’ve worked with.

Two and a half days to diagnose the problem with no answers.It was fixed quickly after that.No call back after they told me Dakota was with a customer and he would call me back.

Soul was droped off night before 730AM appointment. Did not get serviced until last slot. Wad not called. I had to show up to find my car up getting serviced at 445pm. Mrg on staff was rude, pointed out that it wad my fault and took very little care that my car wad not done when scheduled and told me gow i created the problem. I would like upper mgt yo CALL me.

I received someone else's paperwork when I picked up my car Saturday evening including their credit card slip, name and other personal information. The 1 piece of paper that was mine did not mention the status of the noise from the engine. When I scheduled the appointment I was very clear about when the engine noise occurs, when the engine is started after sitting for a few hours. Dakota said it didn't make the noise while it was there....yet I pick it up not even 2 hours after the shop closed and the noise occurred. My paperwork also didn't state what was wrong with the seat belt that was repaired. I would like to know what the problem was. Overall, once again, I am beyond dissatisfied with **** Hannah Service Center.
