The only thing that went wrong was s gal from the service center told me I would have a loaner car and I didn't. We were on a time crunch and had I known that wasn't the case I would have managed the day differently. Overall still where I feel confident bringing my car.

James was exceptional and has great customer service even when dealing with upset customers. He even personally called to make sure I was satisfied with the work and performance of my car after doing an update on the system due to a recall from KIA. KIA didn't.

Brought my vehicle in for required oil change and other service. I was surprised that the car had not been washed. I was told the program had changed and was And that only the once a month on request was available. However the loyalty reward program info still says “Receive s complimentary car wash every time your vehicle is in for required service or preventive maintenance.
She goes above and beyond and is a favorite service personnel.
