Cassandra was extremely helpful, polite, and well educated - she was able to answer all my questions. I really appreciated feeling so taken care of and felt very in the loop when Cassandra called me to tell me about the changes to my car’s maintenance went from routine to repair.

Initially, I was overcharged by 60$ for a 15,000 mile service. And the car wash was not included, which I was only notified of after I picked up the vehicle.
I was very happy to get my car back sooner than originally estimated.

My appointment was at 10:50 in the morning. My car didn’t get done until the shop was closed at 5 pm. This was after the guy told us that if I didn’t get a full service we couldn’t use a rental car. I only wanted an oil change but knew it would be a while. We are from out of town so for 5 hours we had to find random things to do and drive around hoping they would call and tell us my car was ready. Around 2 pm we went back to check in and they still had not even started on my car. On top of that the guy told us we would only have to pay $69 and would get 10% off of that price. After waiting 5 hours and being completely exhausted I had to pay $79 so that was great. Not very happy
Always well taken care of while I'm waiting. Friendliest service.
