Had a 9 30 appointment was there early and was told it would take a lit longer then two hourswhy I don't know at 2 30 I call to see if my car is ready and they said they were just finishing the paper works was not happen then was told they called me I kept my phone my by side and my phone showed no call was made to my phone he repeated my number and he had the number right. Then when driving away I noticed they didn't Evan wash the car I was told when I purchased the car they would always wash it all I had to do is drive up and they would do it you would think after 5 hours they would of Al least done that.makes me wonder if I want to come back

It said I declined alignment on paperwork when I picked car up, no one even notified me of that and I don't want me saying no to something to void my warranty

Came in for a Detail on the inside of my Kia. There was DOG hair everywhere!!! I mean...EVERY WHERE!! Not ONE dog hair...! Anywhere!!! I'm AMAZED!! Very Happy!!

I have mobility issues. Last time I had to spend hours for just for oil changes etc This time was the greatest! I am not able to access the van but you provided car service that I could put my walker in and easily get into the car. If you hadn’t switched over I would have been there all day. You have know idea what this freedom gave me. I took my cat in, minutes later a car took me home. When my car was done with its service a ride was at my front door before I was able to get there.! My total time was less than 20 minutes. Thank you for providing that alternative service. It meant a lot to me! ????Anne
