When I ordered the part I came in to have installed I was told the install cost wouldl be $50. When I came in to drop off my car the price change to $70. At drop off I was asked to confirm my phone number that was on a print out, it was correct. Late in the day I called for a status, was told my car was done but the phone number you had on file was wrong. I have dealt with Kia a few times since I bough my car a year ago, EVERY time I have corrected my phone number (to include emails with your parts department) and every timeI have been told you have corrected it in your system. Overall I like my car but virtually all of my dealings with you since purchasing have had some negative aspects.
I left specific instructions with Devin Henry to call/text me when the district rep was going to be in so I could come in and explain to him, what is going on with the drivers seat of my car. NOBODY called or text me to let me know the rep was in and before I knew it Devin called me at 11:30 to let me know the rep had been in and had driven my car for approximately 4 miles. His reccomedation of driving it until it gets worse and then looking for the smoking gun is totally unacceptable to me. Had I been there to show the rep exactly what I've been experiencing, I'm sure his recommendation would be totally different.
Unorganized no communication between Cassandra and the tinting place. Cassandra toldl me the car was ready before it actually was. Still lots of bubbles probably will have to bring it back
Devon Henry gave me the run around. Promising to return my calls and texting me and never did any of it. Won’t deal with him again. The rest of my service was wonderful. I find it sad that one person can ruin your whole experience.
The only complaint I have is I was walking around for the duration of the service
I was texted that the car was done so I started walking back , then they called me to tell me it was done and asked if I wanted it washed . I said how long for that ? 20 minutes , I said ok . I sat there after a five minute walk for approximately 30 more minutes . I was annoyed because I had other appointments. They should have just washed the car then called me I guess . Other than that , no problems

We have ties for life on our KIA when I took it in to get new tires I had a bump in the car when I left so I took it back in and was told the tread was separated on one tire so they changed it out.when I left it was worse. All of the tires were out of round and could not be balanced. I had to buy new tires myself to solve the problem. Service said they were sorry,I returned your tires service. Why would you put garbage like this on a coustermer's car???
