I normally have an appointment with Cassie, that is who I scheduled with. Instead I had someone different apparently she was off today. When rep calls I have a couple questions about your loyalty program, apparently according to service advisor we aren’t part of that with our kia like we were with our Other 2 cars purchased from **** Hannah Honda. I do have questions

The staff wasn’t friendly, they didn’t return calls and my service contract includes the inside being vacuumed and the outside washed, which wasn’t done. I feel like the customer service has gone down hill since I bought 3 years ago. If not forced by my warranty I don’t think I would continue to use dealership services.
