Since I only had two options I chose the one most closely associated with my true answer which was mostly satisfied. Troy did an excellent job. The price was a surprise. I was told when I bought the car that the oil change is less than speedy lube. And that maybe true but with all the other services added on three times the price caught me off guard.

Upon arrival for 30,000 mile service I was initially quoted for only labor cost. Was told that included filters that retailed for 100$ each. The filter estimates are drastically wrong, but total came to 130$ over the estimate. I’m not surprised that’s what happens at mechanics. I just expected more from **** Hannah

I appreciated his honesty. He comes across as sincerely wanting to help the customer. This is my first KIA. I am really happy with the Sorrento and I’ve told others about the car. They liked the amount of space that is in the inside of the car. Other than my little problem with the key sticking on my radio there are no other problems with that car.
