My car took 16 days for a gas cap door to be painted and a trim piece to be adjusted. When i picked up my vehicle after the 16 days and multiple adjusted ETAs, my instructions were not followed and in addition to the gas cap door the trim piece was painted. The paint on the trim does not match the other trim pieces or body. My vehicle. In addition the tech scuffed another trim piece. Do to this service my concerns were not listened to and my brand new car has diminished value because of your service department. I called and left a message for Devan on Tuesday this week and have yet to receive a call back on us to meet to discuss. I should be compensated for the damage and hassle

Troy did a great job...A friend was greeted by someone in the service dept that took him to the waiting area...The problem is that no one ever went back and got him when my car was finished..he told the person that showed him where to wait exactly where he was going to sit...I had to call twice and wait 2 hrs before he was notified that my car was finished..I am disappointed in my first service appointment.

Troy is genuine and personable and clear about the process. He turned around a sour begining with a nonexistant and missorted service manager and the first young lady who was full of attitude when I brought my Sorento in to verify the toggle switch issue on my steering wheel.

Cassie has taken care of my car before and is always friendly and helpful. Please don’t take this as a complaint for Cassie but I was told my brake pads were down to the rotor and it would be $279 to replace. I chose to take elsewhere as I needed studded tires as well. I left KIA and went directly to have tires placed. The tire place checked my brakes and the pads are at 50%..... hmmm. Makes a person not want to trust what you all say about services needed.
