Phone assistance and service dept. Should communicate regarding service schedules. Oil change service was confirmed through the fone that i can do a walk- in last week but turned out that service dept was fully booked at that time . Waste of gas and time to go there and not get serviced

I brought my car in for a service. Now there is a horrible squeaking noise coming from the driver side front of my car. I am pretty sure I will have to wait 2 hours again tomorrow for them to look at it again. My Kia Soul was running and sounding just fine before this.
Excellent customer service.
The only thing I would say that isn't positive is that no one greeted or came to help for a few minutes when I went to pick up my car even though there were 4 different employees in the room.

Cassandra has been amazing both times I’ve been there for service. She always checks in and keeps me updated. She is awesome! After the service was done she even asked if I had time for the car to get washed up. Nice bonus service at the end of it all which made the visit even better. I will continue to bring my car there because of Cassandra.

My estimated wait time was one hour, after 2 text messages, 1 phone call and 5.5 hours I was told they were just getting to the inspection of my car. Waiting was not the issue, just the fact that there was poor communication the wait. Thanks!
