It took over three hours for my oil to get changed and my tires rotated. I dropped my car off early and was told service would begin around 2pm, my original appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm. I received a text that my car was ready at 5pm. I ended up picking my car up the next morning, only to find half of my car vacuumed, which I found very disappointing.
Troy was great to work with! It actually took less time than we anticipated for the work to be done, great job!

Had a good experience today. Quicker than my last oil change but I was prepared. I was able to get some work done so the time went by fast. Seems to be a lot of nice people working there. And Troy (if that's who took my payment) was nice from my pulling in to the service area to when we wrapped it up! Highly recommend Troy and the team here!! Thanks again everyone!!
