James is a pleasure to work with. Always a cool head and seems to make me center of attention for my visits. Never had an issue with a follow up question or extra 'help' understanding. Oh and he offers car washes every time I visit so that's cool too!
The only thing that bothered me about my service was I made an appointment for 1045 and was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Instead it took closer to four hours and I was not really happy with that.
I'm happy with the work, but I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation at 6:15am with a 7:30 appointment and it wasn't ready until 4pm even though I indicated I needed to pick it up about noon.
Every time we bring our vehicle in for simple routine maintenance, it takes forever. Today I was told that it would be about another 15 minutes, and it was over any hour longer. We despise bringing our vehicles into your location!

She was good thanks for gift of car wash. Sorry it did not get done today was looking forward to interior being vacumed and windows cleaned inside.
I appreciate everything that was done with my car today, the was and inspection. The only thing I'm a left a little amiss about was I was told my car had been vacuumed out also. When I got in my car I was immediately able to tell that it had not been done.I wouldn't have minded except for being told it was done anytime the car is serviced. I am went home and then actually vacuumed it out.

Cassandra was very helpful after receiving the rudest customer service from **** Hamnah Hyundai this morning. After being turned away from the Portland location this morning, she made every attempt to assist me with replacing a breaklight and explaining that I did not need an oil change.
Everytime I have been to the service I was treated very well and Cassandera has gone over everything that they were going to do unlike other service center's
where they just took my keys to the car and pushed me out the door. I'll keep coming back.
