The scope of work was very clear. The follow-up mitten maintenance recommendations were all so very clear and explain thoroughly.Cassie was great to work with and my car was done before I even expected it to be!
Troy was helpful and made sure that what I wanted checked out with my car was done in a timely manner. Next time I come into have my Kia serviced I will be asking that Troy be the one who is in charge of it.

From my buying experience to the three times I have dealt with your service department I have had some degree of non satisfaction. I completed this survey after my last experience with your service department and was not contacted so why would I think you would contact me this time. Bottom line, I feel that you simply do not care if your customers are satisfied or not. Personnel are dismissive and have no clue on how to maintain customers. You have my money from the purchase of my vehicle and I will probably continue to have you service my vehicle through my warranty period but after that I will take my business elsewhere.
Cassie did a wonderful job. She made sure to give me the car wash coupon. I went to Kaadys right after picking up my car. When going thru the carwash, the hood of the car was shaking. When I got out of the carwash, I checked and sure enough, someone had not made sure the lid was closed. Praise the Lord I decided to get that car wash before heading home. If I had driven on the freeway I am afraid of what might have happened.

I was annoyed that I made an appointment at 10 am and I was there until 1:00. I did not understand why I had to wait 3 hours while my car was serviced. The time wait is ridiculous!!
