Appointment schedular and first lady writer not very friendly. Got the feeling i was getting up sold. Value of extra charges didn't seem to be there. Last guy was nice and gave 5% off.

Amazing service! Took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel really confident knowing Troy was taking care of our car.
Second time this has happened. I make an appointment to get my car serviced and to get a recall taken care of. However I scheduled my appt. for 7:15 and waited for my car. There was nobody to work on the recall arriving until 9:30. So now I have to come back again to get that taken care of. Why in the world do you OK my appointment when there is nobody there to work on it. Love my car but your service leaves something to be desired.
