I took in my Kia because there was a few recalls. I have a toddler so I can’t stay at the dealer for a long time. I was very impressed that they offered courtesy Lyft rides. They sent one to take me home and one to pick me up when my car was ready. They also finished the inspection on my car within a timely manner, their service is always great. The gentleman that helped us that day was very friendly and explained everything that was done and what my car would need soon. I was very pleased with my experience.

Although the service department took care of the issue with my car in an efficient and professional manner, I was not happy with the time it took. I was there for 2 hrs just to have a new tire put on. I think if the work is going to take an extreme amount of time, I think they should advise consumers if that at the onset of the job. Now, I have had work done there before and from time to time a member of the service staff has come to me and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, but this wasn’t the case today.

Everytime i come in for service Cassandra is very helpful with explaining what repairs or maintenance need to be done for my Kia. She is very respectful and very nice, i always feel like she really cares about my needs and makes me feel like a valued customer. Her customer service skills are by far the best i have had in a very long time. She is one of the main reasons i continue getting my car serviced at **** Hannah.
