It took over 6 hrs for completion, and was told I would be charged for labor but didn’t understand that would be over $70 an hour, I have had great service up until today, totally disappointed, not sure if I would refer anyone to **** Hannah Kia anymore
I came to get my car checked out as the battery had been dead twice in a week. The report said battery tested ok but I was asked to buy a new battery for $300!!! Also, I had a wiper blade installed that fell off this morning.
I was very happy with my first **** Hanna Kia experience. I came in after an oil change at Jiffy Lube where I was told my radiator was leaking had a catastrophic leak and probably needed to be replaced.
I grateful to have that validation I didn’t actually have an issue. I appreciated Tony’s direct honest feedback.
James was great. The only thing was we were waiting to hear back from him and called him twice but didn't get to talk to him. I would bring my KIA back to him though.
