2hrs for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable. When I checked in I was told 60-75 minutes which was more than I expected but it still allowed me to be at work at 10am. I purchased the car this summer with 27.5k miles on it. I was asked today by another service rep if I wanted to do the recommended 30k service plan for $220 to which I declined because it would have made me late for work. I asked James about this service plan as I checked out and he says that it would be typical that **** hannah would have done the 30k at the time I’d purchase if it was that close. Jame said that next time I bring it in they’ll take care of that for me. Very displeased with today’s service. 2hrs instead of 1hr, one guy tells me $220, james says it should be covered. Lastly as James walked me out to my car he did apologize for the 2hrs and says that it normally takes 90 minutes. Does anyone there know how long it should take for a scheduled oil change?

Yes at first I was a bit upset . I had made a one o’clock appointment for an alignment I was told would take approximately two hours. Upon arrival I was then told there was no garuntee it would be done before five , four hours later. I assumed an appointment was an appointment not just a fictional time. I was very pleased that my car was finished properly and in the expected time I had made available with my schedule. Therefore in the end I was very pleased and satisfied with my service at **** Hannah Kia
I was told by service person that checked me out, not Cassie, that my windows had been washed on the inside and my car vacuumed. The car was vacuumed nicely, however the windows were definitely not washed on the inside. He was a new trainee, so maybe the windows were not supposed to be done. Just looks bad to say one thing and not have it done.......makes a customer question what else did not get done.
I came through the express didn’t make appointment It was busy day first real spring day. They weren’t sure how long it would take. They got my car done by 9:30 am dropped off at 7:00. The did oil change other needed updates and took studded tires off and put back my regular tires. Thank you I’m now ready for spring and summer. Great service very professional.

Very informative and helpful with the best course of action regarding the service of my wife's Kia sportage. I drive a Kia sorento and we trust both of our cars to the service department and have not been disappointed with any of the service or staff.
