Brought my truck in for oil change and oil was dump all over my manifold had to smell burning oil and it smoked until it burned off.. what mechanic doesn't use a oil funnel.. Disappointed **** hannah KIA
More than a 15 minutes waiting to be checked in. Told my windows would be washed and they weren't. Everything else was great.
Surprised both my water pump and power steering went bad at same time, but Troy as usual was fantastic to work with.
After telling Cassandra that I didn’t have the money for a new Battery, she proceeds to give me a list of $1,400.00 worth of other stuff that “needs” to be done.
