I was disappointed that after making an appointment for a service I was told my appointment was only to check in, not to actually have the service done. I was not asked at the time of making the appointment if I would be dropping off or waiting, yet the appointment was scheduled as a drop off, even though I was not dropping off I was in fact waiting. When I told the guy at the counter that I had driven down all the way from Longview WA to have my vehicle serviced, his response was "well I have a customer who came all the way from Salem OR too." I would have preferred an apology for the misunderstanding rather than his sarcasm. In the end my service was completed within an hour and I made it to my next appointment on time, but I don't think I will return to **** Hannah Kia in the future.
The price I am quoted while scheduling my service is NEVER the price I end up paying. I live in extremely tight budget and tha is why I ALWAYS ask in advance how much it will cost. Your schedulers need a lot more training!!

I believe that Kia should replace my windshield. I have 6 cracks on the windshield in 12,000 miles. I have had over a dozen vehicles in the last 25 years. I have never had multiple cracks in a new windshield in 12,000 miles.

still did not find out why my engine idles so
rough when cold, and why My gas mileage is so
bad. What's up with the service department.
