I was very happy with the service by James. When I booked my appointment I was told that the shuttle would be scheduled to take me home on the 9:15 run. I planned my day around that information. The shuttle did not arrive to take me home until 10:15. I really appreciate the shuttle service when my car is in for a complete service but please don't tell me a schedule that cannot be met. I was only home a brief time when I got the call my car was ready. I found my own way back to pick up my car.

Stop calling, texting, and trying to get me to upgrade. It was supposed to be a simple oil change that turned into an upgraded thing. I have received 13 texts, someone trying to get me to upgrade in person, and already Had a phone call this week trying to get me to upgrade. Then, I receive a text saying that you would like to do another $400 worth of services. Enough is enough! We are not best friends.

I sat waiting for nearly an hour for a simple oil change. An oil change usually takes between 15-30 minutes. At no time was I informed of what was going on. Meanwhile, a couple of other guests, who came in after me, we we constantly made aware of the status of their car.
