Service personnel made sure I was fully taken care of in all aspects. Came in at 9am, made it very clear had to be out of service center by 11am. Representatives ensured I was updated entire time I was waiting. Made it home earlier than expected. I love **** Hannah Kia Vancouver Auto Mall.

They traded the plates from front to back since a **** Hannah service person had mistaken put them on the wrong ends (very much in a hurry, but giving very good customer service other than the error).
He listened to my concerns.

Less texts when waiting for vehicle. One when checking in and one when done. Too confusing.
