I have had many Rock chips repaired over the last 45 years of driving and this repair doesn't even look like it was touched. I will be taking it somewhere else to see if they can fix it. Very disappointed with this repair!

I understand not everyone is mechanical but to charge someone 69.95 to change a 15 dollar cabin air filter is a bit ridiculous. I just about **** when i overheard a service guy tell this little old lady that. Then found it extremely funny when i got my paperwork and it said mine failed funny thing is i changed it less than 2 weeks ago. Its as white as white can be and right on paperwork it says (found cabin/HEPA micro filter dirty) so i like your sales department but feel your service is crooked

Everyone at **** Hannah Kia were extremely profession and helpful. They went above and beyond, from the parts department thru the service department, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I was very pleased and impressed by everyone there.

Most everything was great. However, part of my car didn't get washed...the roof. The sunroof was still filthy with ash. Maybe the person washing it was short. Lol. Other than that, things were great!

Zack said my pain problem was not covered under my warranty that it is only covered for 12,000 miles but it's covered for 36,000 and I only have 15,000 miles on my car so when I picked it up I'm going to have to bring it back. I have brought my car into the shop many times between this car and my previous car and evertime I come I end up having to come back for something and it's very frustrating
