The work was fine. What I didn't like was I made a 7:15 appointment. Then told basically it was first come first serve. That it would be at least 2 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment

This was my first visit to this place. I purchased my car at a different dealership in June. I thought everything was top notch. However I do have one suggestion: it may be a good idea to ask customers if they want their car washed. I only say that because I was quoted 30 minutes for my cabin filter replacement and made arrangements to be somewhere else a little while after that time. While I appreciate the service of having it washed, I did not know it was going to be, and this made me a little bit late for my next appointment. Just a thought…
