Stuck with the problem until they figured it out, then got the problem fixed.
Everything was done in the time frame that we were given. We were satisfied with everything.

The service there was great. But the problem still exists with my radio. James helped me. He was great. I don't know what is wrong they said it was fixed. It started having the same problem. It sounds fuzzy and it keeps cutting. I had it on another channel and it completely cut out. I even had it on for some friends and they it didn't sound good.
In the beginning I was not satisfied with my service, but both the service manager Devin and the general manager Rachel reached out to me and completely turned it around. I appreciate both of them!
Kassy was amiable, professional and attentive to my needs. I left feeling confident that, should I have any follow-up concerns, she would be a good contact to have.
the car was hand washed but still had chunks of dirt on it and as for the courtesy vacuumed but it was not vacuumed at all. we were very dissatisfied with the hole service experience yet as with all service these days you voice your concerns and they fall on deaf ears as this is the norm with service oriented buisnes
Under the car in the front of the vehicle is a cover that tucks under the bumper. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle this fell and was re-attached. During my most recent service it seems that the work done on the vehicle knocked it down again. I would like this attached properly for the long term. Otherwise I'm quite happy.
I feel like the knocking is still present in the back end of my car. I also notice my back up camera had an gray area on the monitor. This has only appeared in the last few months. But we were told that this normal and maybe the camera settled,and what I was seeing was my bumper. I don't think that's normal.
