I still have issues with my uvo, but l it appears I have Ann issue with my phone. If it's true that the SD card can be updated via computer, it would seem that Service could have done it while I was there for 3 hours today.
Kassy was amazing. I was highly disappointed with the online website with no listing the different types of services for warranties and certain mileage below 30,000. I picked oil change and not 15,000. Mileage wasn’t an option. It was just oil change for 44.00. When I arrived I was notified that the warranty oil change was $169.00 plus tax and the wait was going to be 2 hours. I am asking that the online program be revamped to include all packages based on oil changes and the correct amount

And so on...as starting prices and could change based on findings. Plus tax

Was perfectly satisfied with the service and interaction with James.
Had an appointment then had to wait two hrs. The last time I had my car worked on it was returned with 5 bulbs out that weren't out when dropped off and this time two more bulbs out when I picked it up, this is not a coincidence and when mentioned got laughed off.
