Thomas was very pleasant and informative. I felt he had my best interests in mind and my car would be well taken care of
First when I call service the phone hangs up on me. I provided my number 3 times to 3 different people however after just an hour long appointment 3 hours later I called for a follow-up to be told that a wrong number had been written down.

Thomas was a very competent “advisor”. Interested in talking things over with me. In an unhurried manner he took time with me to understand my concerns.
Took over 2 hours, and we had a appt.also was a terribble vacume job.plus did not reset the milage on when next service is.
Didn't have to wait long and car was washed and vacuumed. James was extremely polite!

Called Thomas twice at noon hoping for news on when our car was gonna be done. The receptionist in both cases assured us that he would call back and let us know what the status was. After waiting 2 1/2 hours without a call back, I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. Finally, called back and was made aware that the car was done. No apologies, just straight done! Horrible service by Thomas, from callback to sympathy, just horrible!
Great service. Affordable and fast
I was not contracted before additional services were done. I understand that someone was called and authorized services to be done, but it was not me. I feel an error was made and the wrong customer was called regarding my vehicle. The service agent removed the charges, but I felt the agent was rude when walked to my car and questioned why I did not ask about additional services when I was called to inform me my car was ready for pickup. This was not my error yet it felt like that is what was being accused.
