Scott Long is great! I had a strange issue with my Jeep and he kept on it to figure out the issue. Ultimately they determined the issue and had it resolved very quickly after discovery. Even though it took a couple days to figure out, Scott kept me updated on what they were doing to determine the issue. Communication is key and Scott nailed it!

I was quoted a much lower price for the services over the phone. No other services were preformed to make the price more. I had to call at the end of the day to see if my vehicle was done. What was done I could have taken somewhere else for half the price. I would not recommend to anyone this service and I will not be bacVery disappointed.

Technician failed to adjust air pressure after rotation causing low tire alert to come on while driving home. And failed to replenish coolant also causing low coolant alarm.

Gary did a far better job helping with my account than on a previous visit. But your sign says Express lube and I was there for 21/2 hours for a simple oil change. And I feel that this is pointless because I've had issues in the past that I have commented on and never had a follow up.

Kelsey is fantastic. always knowledgeable… Always upfront… And I can trust the service that I’m getting. I appreciate my experience and I have to say I absolutely love the deli. Look forward to a home-cooked meal every time I arrive! Seriously thinking about popping in with a client or two just to have lunch and check out what’s on the Floor! Donna B
