It has been over a month and I still do not have the Jeep back. I have had no communication throughout this process, no updates nothing... I have had to call every time to get a status. I kept getting a date it would be ready and every time it was not ready. I have had miss communication throughout the process and no one is on the same page at the service department or management team. I just need to know when we are getting our Jeep back....

Got my truck back and now the tpms system won’t read the tires and the remote start doesn’t work anymore! Not a great way to earn repeat business from a first time customer! James L

Scheduled my appointment last week. One of the services was to install four new tires. The service member didn’t ask any follow up questions regarding the tires before scheduling. Arrived for my appointment today. The service representative didn’t ask which tires I wanted. I had to let him know I wanted the same tires as on the vehicle currently. He said they would need to be ordered. Why didn’t they ask me this question during the original scheduling of appointment last week?

My appointment was at 7:45 am and the car wasn’t ready until after 4:30pm. It was a hitch receiver installation. I can’t believe it takes 9 hours to install. UHaul only takes 1.5 hours. I feel like you put something Leone in ahead of me.

The quote I received was extremely overpriced. $82.50 for a gas cap. $49.50 to replace a taillight bulb $149.49 to replace the thermostat (which is brand new- I replaced this a couple months ago and it was under $30). 792.07 for rear brakes (Les Schwab just did the front, including new rotors, for $550). I brought my truck in to be diagnosed for a starting issue that I’m reasonably certain is the fuel pump relay. I received a quote of 4,917.65 without the issue I brought my truck in for even being diagnosed. Seems like **** Hannah is price gouging customers. I’ve had poor experiences here before and gave you another chance. This is by far the worst.

Very courteous. Verified the nature of the scheduled service and was efficient in the check in process. After settling in the waiting area, received a text saying if I needed anything or had questions during my wait to let him know. I was originally given an estimated completion time of approximately 2 hours (it was a Saturday) but was notified after 1 hour that my vehicle was done. Receipt given for the recall repair and a handshake thanking me for me for coming in. Kudos Shawn!

I broke down after driving 2 blocks and the whole car over heated and the whole system went out and I had to push my car a block to get it out of the middle of the road because the whole car stopped working from overheating. I will never trust this place for repairs and we have already bought a car from you guys and I promise it will be the last.

It is inconvenient that there would be no pictures taken of issues during the service. It is not right to just have to take the representative on face value, when there are concrete examples of over 100% markups on services. This is my last time going to the dealer for a service of any sort.

She questioned the validity of having the new tires put on the front, as agreed upon when we purchased the vehicle. She informed me of the technician would need to validate not us requesting the need for rotating. We had waited 2 weeks and was not called when our new key had arrived ir when we could get an available appt. Michelle with scheduling was excellwnt. She worked well with scheduling around our needs. Much appreciated.
