NOT HAPPY!! This was an air bag re-call service that started in January 7. Dropped my rig off @ 7:30 am. I was told by the service tech (Jeff) that my rig will be done by mid-afternoon. Mid-afternoon came along and no call/update. After numerous text messages and calls, 4pm came along and I was finally told that my rig is now being worked on. ALL DAY I WAITED...my rig did not get done until 5:30. Got in my rig and it smelled like cigarrette smoke...my steering wheel smelled like smoke as well. When i went back inside to address my concers about the smoke the driver yelled at me for not smoking and one of your service techs (girl) at the time was laughing at me. Next day, I noticed that the air bag cover on the passenger side was not properly placed. A service supervisor reached out to me (Cindy) and I addressed to her my concerns. We agreed to bring my rig back so they can look at the airbag on January 23. Got a complimentary oil change and a loaner...thank you! Turned out that the part that covers my airbag will need to replaced and should take 5-7 days to arrive. I was advised to bring the loaner back and will need to schedule again to bring my rig im for the part replacement!! It’s been 5 days and still have not heard back on the part!! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH THIS JEEP/CHRYSLER/DODGE SERVICE TEAM!!! IT HAS BEEN SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ME AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE WITH THIS GROUP GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!

Super friendly staff. Very clean. Great facilities. Very very Slow. Took 80 minutes with an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Jeep was not vacuumed, not washed and had no sticker on inside of windshield with mileage or reminder for next oil change. This is my 3rd visit and I’ve had almost the same problem every time. I really like you guys but you will lose me soon if not corrected. Thank you. Eric B

Faster then expected service! Was told they were running behind do to some unforeseen issues come up and they were already running 30 minutes behind at the time. I was more then 20 minutes early. That was do to traffic not being bad as normal for Friday afternoon. Thank you!

Made an appointment to get a noise checked out to know what it was, the earliest time available was 12. When I get there and ask if they can look into this I got a no, my appointment was to late in the day. I normally never make appointments for oil changes only since it’s a fast service. The past two times I’ve been in they haven’t done the inspection on my car of recommended services. I normally like getting my car serviced if anything additional is wrong. . Plus when we pulled in we were sitting there for 15 minutes and were early. I wish I could go here but annoyed that the service aspect is always lacking. I have a suburu and they always do a great job with time and service. Now I’m making another appointment elsewhere to see what’s wrong with my car.
