Beth is the type of person that **** Hannah should strive to hire. She is customer oriented and went above and beyond her duties. She got me in for an oil change without an appointment. My Jeep needed to be washed and she had it done. This is what drums up repeat business. Thank you

Absolutely not satisfied. When getting a new product installed and then told it don’t exist after waiting two hours Not cool way not cool. Makes you wonder if I should go back for future service and this includes my car too

Scott Long is fantastic! We had a mix up on some recalls for my truck. Another dealer had marked them as complete when they were not. I did get the issue resolved with the other dealer, but it had still caused the system to not update properly. Scott did his research and knew exactly what to do when I brought my truck in. He had me in and out in no time at all. Thank you Scott, job well done!

No I’m not satisfied. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a dealership. I’m pretty easy to please and I can understand and accept okay service. I’m shocked and disappointed that I read so many good reviews about your dealership. I just want fair and I haven’t received that.

Telia did a great job so this isn't about her. When I asked a couple of other service writers if I could get my truck washed (I had to go back twice because of a faulty part), I was told that 1) They took the hoses to the washing rack inside because it was too cold. 2) There was nobody to wash it because they can't pass a urinalysis!! WHY DID I SPEND MY MONEY ON A **** HANNAH SERVICE CARD WHEN YOUR **** DEALERSHIP WON'T EVEN HONOR THE **** EXTRAS THEY OFFER?!? Believe in INTEGRITY!!

I scheduled my van to get checked Thursday at 9:15. We dropped off Wednesdsy evening. I texted and called Thursday without reply. At almost 4pm Kelsey called to inform me that the techs JUST got it in and needed it until the next day. They had not even pulled the code to let me know what the actual issue was. I felt I had no choice but was upset it took so long in the day with no communication to be told my car had not even been looked at. Friday I called multiple times and still no return calls. I ended up going into the dealership at 3pm where I waited for Kelsey. She apologized for ignoring me and they JUST pulled my van in and needed an additional 3 hours. It ended up being done in less than that but I could not believe again, no communication and my van was still not done. This is the second time I’ve encountered such a lack of communication and it’s so frustrating. I understand it gets busy but I don’t feel like there’s any urgency or respect of my service. It’s been very frustrating. Again, I understand things get busy it’s mostly the complete lack of communication that’s most frustrating.

Kelsey is a Rock Star ! From my first phone call to your dealership she was amazing - she is very very personable , very energetic and enthusiastic and very knowledgeable as well. We figured out exactly what we needed to do, cane up with a plan , and executed - and it all worked out great - even when I showed up without an appointment, she fit me right in and I was off and on my way well within her time estimate for the job. She even came looking for me in the waiting area to update me on the timeline of the job. After getting my Jeep and driving home , I even called her from the driveway of my home , and she walked me through some key FOB programming procedures right on the phone and she spent another 15 mins with me doing this - which was not even a repair issue, it was only a personal preference issues that was quite likely in my owners manual but she never even mentioned that , she just walked me through the procedures in real time until I was successful- like I said , Kelsey is a Rock Star- I only wish everyone in the world would approach their job & profession the way Kelsey does ( and I do as well ). You’re lucky to have her and I’ll ask only to speak with her again when I need additional service for my Jeep - I mean , how could I Not ? - Thank you Kelsey , you’re The Best ! - Sincerely, Jeff S

I will be contacting a lemon law attorney regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle. Kelsey Arnold did not give me any service notes or paper work to sign on the return of my vehicle. And according to the service record available online she falsified the service record of the vehicle. Or someone did at your dealership.

I was told by two different reps that they would look into a rental car for me and neither called me back or followed through. I had to bring my car in 4 times to get it diagnosed and finally fixed and each time I had to pay for a rental, this time for 5 days because a part had to be ordered. When my car was completed no one called me to tell me just sent a payment text. Doesn’t seem like customer service and satisfaction are a priority.
