Our service writer never really tried to help us when we brought our under warranty vehicle in for repair. He would text and ask us if we had any questions and when we called he said I dont have any answers for you I'll call you. He didnt give us an opportunity to even ask a question. While he wasn't giving us very good customer service I tried to call the service manager just to get some questions answered. I called 3 times, left messages without any return phone call. Once they have your money it feels like they dont care about you or your vehicle. It happens to be an inconvenience for them.

I called before driving across town in snow and Ice making sure I could get a rental car. I get al the way down to dealership and he tells me I can get a rental because I'm not 25. I have been to other dealerships in Virginia where I was given a rental no problem. I am allowed to go to war for the country but I cant rent a vehicle where I PURCHASED my personal vehicle cause im not 25? Are you kidding me? Completely ridiculous. Not happy at all with your dealership or it's people.
