My service experience was fantastic. The time from calling the scheduling to completion incredibly fast and efficient. I was treated very well and a ride to and from work on my car was in the shop. Great experience.

None of the issues were even looked at since my warning lights weren't on that day (they all have been ever since). Paid $200 for what turned out to be new air filter---didn't address the noise happening. Wasn't informed if recall was taken care of. Told of issue with trailer lights, told fuse was fine. Didn't address the fact thst i cannot legally tow with my car. Text messages from service rep were addressed unprofessionally ("hey girlie"), so inappropriate. And wouldn't provide courtesy shuttle or split of cost of Lyft because I live in NW Portland. I was not shown professional courtesy or compassion for the issues with my car. Will not go back for service, would recommend others not go there as well, and definitely would not consider buying a car there after this.

Daren your representative should be terminated, the time I spent with Daren was painful. The language he conveyed to me was completely inappropriate as if he was expressing his repressed anger with customers agreeing and signing documents before any assessment to my vehicle was performed. With answering his questions i was only less than two feet from Daren knowing he can hear me loud and clear because other reps were listening in and acknowledging what I was saying. All Daren would say is What? Over and over While waiting on Daren conversing with another customer I was listening in on the conversation and Daren made this man so mad that I couldn’t listen to Daren anymore, Daren is so angry with his occupation at **** Hannah that he should file a workman’s comp claim and seek medical treatment before he snaps and hurts someone
