Fake conversation, rude comments, told me I wasn’t the only customer, told me she had 1 hour and 10 minutes Tk figure out what’s wrong with my car. Lied about having a car to let me use & then miraculously when convenient found one last minute.

I had no service appointment because my primary issue for coming was a burned out headlight. They fixed that and installed new wipers. My service agent was polite and thorough. No complaints this time.

I love Jeff. He is absolutely amazing. He listens to our issues and explains the recommended services to us. It is not the customer service that we are dissatisfied with. It is the fact that we experience the issues that happen with our vehicle. When we bring in the car it is put on diagnostic machines that either say there is no problem or there is a problem it is supposedly fixed but then it isnt fixed. We have had the same reoccurring issue with the crises control properly working 6 months after we bought the car. There are other issues that keep recurring. We just want the issue fixed and once fixed not have to have it looked at every six months. I went to pick up the car today and sure enough I couldnt get the cruise control to work. I went back into the service office and got Jeff. He came out to the. Ar and the cruise control worked. We shut the car off and restarted it 3 times. On the 3 time the cruise control would not come on. Jeff saw what we experience first hand finally. The last time I brought it in for the same problem I started home and the cruise control wouldn't work. I am hoping that since Jeff saw what happens constantly he can get the problem fixed. This is not a customer service problem this is a dodge problem
My transmission issue wasn’t resolved because the tech couldnt replicate the problem.
