Teila was organized and prepared for my appointment. She was very professional and polite which made it an excellent experience.
The individual we worked with on site was great! That said when I first called to schedule an oil change I was quoted $79. Pointed out that I was pretty sure the girl had the wrong model truck. She checked and said I was correct that it was $139... something close. Still didn't sound right but whatever. Am at 27k so asked about the recommended 30k service. When she listed changing the spark plugs I stopped her and pointed out that would be a problem as I (again) have a 2016 ecodiesel. So my fustrations. 1) the 3.0 ecodiesel is a $200 oil change. Despite pointing out twice that the individual was looking at the wrong truck and giving incorrect quote the shop managed to bill me the $200..no we messed up discount. 2) dropped off the truck at 8:40 am as scheduled but took over 5 hours to get oil change and passenger restraint module updated. 3) after stating twice that I have a 2016 1500 ecodiesel the individual quoting the work didn't realize a diesel doesn't have spark plugs! Sort of a dead give away your looking at the wrong information.
I would honestly like to hear back on this.

Made an appointment. Waited all day only to be told they didn’t even look at the vehicle and wanted me to reschedule for a different day. If there’s an open appointment. Then my vehicle should be s is to get looked at. at the very least. To determine a solution. Not make me wait from 11 until closing to be told they didn’t even bother to look. At the car. Which is still inder the 36k warranty. I won’t be coming back.

I would have liked more communication on the status of my car. I had to inquire about the status on days two and three for work that i was told was a full day.
I understand things don't go as planned but dont make me figure that out when I am paying to rent a car.
Scott got the flash at no charge, very polite. The dealership charges way too much for a thermostat swap.....
