You had the car all day for a 20000 mile service , at the end of the day I picked up the car because you didn't do anything. No call no work no nothing . You missed out on 350$ . I was to going to buy a comanche from you , now I'm starting to rethink it .

This was not only the worst experience I e ever had with any mechanic shop but also the rudest and most timely all the way around. Should’ve read the reviews online that’s my own fault but this was absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never met a more rude and condescending person in my life.
It took 3 days longer then quoted for my Jeep to be done BUT being able to text and get almost instant feedback was wonderful. If I was going to wait I'm glad I was able to check in. It made the whole process much smoother. I was able to coordinate with my wife and Teila was great about letting me know updates.

Trim around windshield wasn't fully secured. Headliner had gaps with trim so I had to fix it myself. And the tech broke a part on my b pillar. Will never come back or buy another vehicle there again
I called about a part was told the part would be there and when i came in after an hour of waiting they told me the part would be in the next day i understand things happen but if i was told when i got there that the part wasn't in would of been okay but not after an hour waiting not really good customer service
