My service writer had an issue with returning calls as promised. Drop my car off and was told to be done in a day to find out the technician had a doctor's appointment and wasn't touched all day. The next day the technician was pulled multiple times off my car to work on other cars delaying the repairs and was forced to leave it another night. Not happy with the lack of communication and put on the back burner. But it wasn't her place

I wanted to say no but I didn't want it to reflect on Miss Grinds. I've had her several times when coming here and in fact try to get her when I can. She is ALWAYS very polite but also straight forward and professional. Doesn't beat around the bush but she is never rude either. Even at times when I may have been agitated about something. Miss Grinds is the epitome of professionalism and customer service and it wouldn't surprise me to hear her name as a CEO somewhere someday is she so chose. Just my opinion though. I had an issue yesterday with one of the mechanic getting into my car and messing around with my camera. Miss Grinde gave me her manager's email address but she also went above and beyond by letting her manager know that I had an issue. Before I could even send off my email, I received a call from her manager. Though I disagree with the policy, her manager and I were able to discuss things and resolve the issue. Though I am not personally a big fan of this particular dealership, Miss Teila R. Grinde is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to have assist me with anything and if I had the power, I'd give her an immediate promotion and raise.... Btw, y'all should change the policy on car camera's. If your employee's aren't doing anything wrong, they have nothing to worry about. Especially when they are INSIDE MY vehicle. Just saying.

Had to return to get key made, person I was dealing with day before wasn’t “on duty,” chaos and confusion, until some gentleman strolled up and made it happen.. then an over hr wait for a key

Excellent service. The crew got us out in record time as my husband is disabled and confined to his powerchair without other transportation options, so we had to wait there. Best service visit I have ever had with Hanna. From making the service appointment to contact with Jeff everything went perfect. I like the dealership switched to Lyft for the ride home and back to the dealership. Thanks

Teila was pleasant and helpful. Answered all of my questions and things were taken care of relatively quickly. Transportation was provided to get me home while they worked on my vehicle - that was much appreciated.

I dealt with not only a new Service person but the service Manager. Great experience with both. Jennifer was very friendly and anxious to help me. Cindy, well, as a Service manager, **** Hannah has a real gem there. Friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Great experience with service on MY first brand new vehicle. 2015 Durango R/T....

Typically, when we have our jeep serviced by you we receive a complementary car wash. We were disappointed to not receive the car wash this time. Jeff did explain why but we were disappointed nonetheless.

2 Hours and 40 minutes for al oil change is way too long. I was told the Oiler person was working on a backup camera on the vehicle before mine after I made an appointment I did not expect that. I will not be back unless it is a warranty issue. Either you have a quick lube system or you don’t. I have no idea how you stay in business

I am keeping an eye on the front of the vehicle for I found a small puddle of oil. Drove it today and waiting to see if there is some tomorrow.
