I realize this is a difficult diegnosis but the vehicle over heated on the way home less tha 60 miles after picking it up. Coolent was extremely low. Will need to have it looked at again. This is the third time we’ve brought it in

Paid for door latch/hinge inspection left loose materials inside door panel. Can hear it bouncing around. Was told Part (door lock actuator) was super hard to find. Found it easily online at way cheaper price than quoted. No temporary fix or suggestions on how to stop smart glass malfunction from draining the battery again. Long wait over 4 hours

As usual, Kelsey is very friendly. Although it took a little longer to service my van this time around, she made sure that I was informed. I really do appreciate Kate how she hooked me up with the Morpar oil change special deal...I believe it was 4 oil changes for less than a price of one. Awesome customer service. Awesome smile!????????????

The staff should certainly verify that they have the recalled part before they let me sit 2 hours waiting. Jeff was nice enough not to charge me for the wiper blades but now I have to go back for another 2 hour appoints!!

I’ve given **** Hannah the opportunity to impress me countless times. And each time I’m disappointed. Any correspondence between service people and the customer is like pulling teeth! I can never get ahold of anyone to explain WHAT part of the “process” my car is currently in let alone, an accurate timeframe for when it will be done. I was told originally the (most recent) service being done would be a two day job, GREAT, wonderful! When you, as an employee, then tell the customer “oh no, we will have it done this evening!” And then don’t contact them for the rest of the day??? WRONG. ALWAYS tell the customer the longest amount it could possibly take and if you finish it earlier then surprise for them! Yet if they’re left there to wonder what happened or what’s going on then it will inevitably irritate them. I’m writing this based on my most current experience and I have plenty more to say but I’ll end on this note... “believe in nice” is great and all but nice only gets you so far. Maybe “believe in quality”, “believe in trust”, those are free slogans I think all of **** Hannah could benefit from. I’m sorry to say I think this was the last time I’ll be utilizing the services of **** Hannah.

Darin is absolutely fantastic. Darin needs for the folks that are around him to elevate to his level. This is the 4th time that we have been there and got 30% of what needed to be completed done. This was not due to Darin. Just wish that everyone at **** Hannah had his people skills, willingness to work with the customer and general fairness.

I was charged Tax after I provided my Oregon ID. The man that helped me said “next time let me know that you are a Oregon resident so that I don’t have to redo the whole invoice.” - I told him that the service woman that I spoke to on the phone that assigned me to him Knew that I was an oregon resident because I told her when she quoted me pricing. The guy that helped me says “well telling her doesn’t do anything” - to defend myself I told him “how am I supposed to know that, I told someone that you work with.” He shook his head. Still I left with my appreciation saying thank you. Get into my car and drive all the way to oortland Oregon and look at my invoice only to see that I was still charged Tax... 260.00 bucks for a key fob, bad customer service and charged Tax after telling a woman in the phone that I am an Oregon Resident and providing my Oregon ID. Honestly...... the guy said “you should have told me ahead of time” - how about you should have done your job and seen my address in your system show as portland. Does the invoice not ready Portlanf Oregon?? Yeah, no recommendation from me for this place.

your service department is awesome, I have owned, and serviced cars from: Mercedes, Subaru, Volkswagen, Ford, Mazda, and Maserati.. and your service department has been the best of them all. because of your service department's attention to detail and the passion/interesting conversation in the waiting room with other Mopar enthusiasts, I plan on trading in our 2014 Subaru Forester for a Durango, that 2019 Mopar special edition has my eye. I appreciate that Kelsey got me a Lyft back home immediately after dropping off my old truck. I wasn't in a hurry, but she wanted me to get on with my day. at other dealers, (Mercedes and Subaru) i have waited hours for their complimentary "shuttle". it was really nice to be whisked back to my daily plans. You at Chrysler / Ram service should be proud. I'm a proud US Army serviceman, and I will always be getting my Ram serviced with Kelsey.
