I was promised a car and you did not have it. So I was forced to rent a vehicle, which even tho I had a credit card that I was able to use. It was not an expense I could afford. I will get reimbursed but that's 90 days or more out.

Kelsey wouldn’t call Me back or text me, communication was the absolute worst. I was told to biting my Jeep in on a certain day and then they couldn’t get to it for for 5 days. I left voicemails for her and she wouldn’t call me back I actually had to go back in there to find out what was going on. She still couldn’t give me answers. I asked to speak to her boss and left her a voicemail she dondt call back. Sent her an email still didn’t respond. Called in again asked to speak to her bosses boss a guy named Ken. Left him a voicemail and he never returned my call. I called in on a Saturday left a msg with the front desk letting them know my jeep better be fixed by monday at 4 cause I’m coming in to pick it up. The door seals were fixed 2-1/2 weeks later but the rear glass defrost still isn’t fixed... not the one bit happy about my experience. I have purchased over 8 vehicles FromDick Hannah in the past and get treated like this????? Sincerely, very unhappy customer.....

Car serviced on Saturday needs additional work. Was told by Darin he would call me today Tuesday with a warranty update. I have left two messages and an text message and email for Darin. Have not received a call back. Still waiting.

Darin was very helpful and kept me abreast as to the status of my car. He was very apologetic that the parts were not available for the recall. Went the extra mile to see that I was reimbursed for my rental car. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

Kelsey was fantastic. I had some problems with the closing/finance agent who I felt misrepresented the warranty that I purchased. I understand that this person no longer works for **** Hannah. I was a pretty upset customer. Kelsey, along with management on the sales side, made it right. I'm very happy!

I brought it in because of a recall, I was told the parts were there. I was back in three (3) hours to pick my vehicle because the parts were NOT there.

We don’t know why every time we bring our cars in there always a issues with you guys lying about something wrong with our car ... like this time you said we needed a oil change and we just got the oil change a few months back ... then after I bring is up that we just got it done ? you guys say sorry it was a mistake .... really ? Was is a mistake ? Or just trying to get more money out of people ?

When I scheduled the service I was told the parts for both recalls were in stock. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that only the parts for one of the recalls was available. If I knew both recalls would. Ot have been fixed at once, I would have waited until they were all in.

I received a call with my quote and was shocked/angered to have them quote a $200 oil change when I had just changed the oil the week before. The car has a computer that shows when the oil is due and literally read 96% new meaning I absolutely did not need a change. When I questioned the obvious money grab, they asked to call me back. On the call back they claimed that the sticker on my car was wrong...it’s not. Dissappinting experience that absolutely fits the stereotype. I paid $200 for a fuel filter and they didn’t clean the car. Didn’t think much of it but I thought that a dealership that clearly charges premiums for their services (plus I bought the truck from there 7 months ago) would at least run it through their washer. Overall won’t be back. Thank you, HECTOR B

I am very pleased with the interior detail and communication by email/phone with Tino and Teila. Looking forward to getting my Jeep sold and now feel comfortable with my Subaru being in their care. See you guys in 5k more miles ;-)

They did not rotate my tires as promised, despite having my vehicle for almost 5 hours even though my initial time quoted was 60-90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I was almost late to work. Darin argued with me instead of checking to see if my vehicle had the warranty I was promised at time of purchase, in an effort to charge me more then I should have paid. I am continually disappointed by **** Hannah's services.
