Jeff was great! I just wish the car washing was not always backed up. Every time I come in it’s backed up and I can’t get my Jeep washed. Other then that it’s alwshs great service.

Darren had excellent communication, however the shop had broken my air box on a previous visit and I’ll have to come in AGAIN (3rd time) to get my rig completely fixed. Darren was kind enough to get me a loaner car whil I was there, I do appreciate that.

Absolutely no communication! We’ve had the same bad experience with the Dodge division. My Jeep came in Monday afternoon. I even used the texting Tuesday am and no response. Tuesday afternoon I called in because I haven’t heard anything. That day I learned Kelsey was my manager. She promised to call me end of business day Tuesday and DIDNT! She also said the Jeep would be assessed Wednesday AM. I called 12pm Wednesday to check. She wasn’t available and everyone at lunch. 1:30 still nobody available including her manager. I was again fed excuses and my Jeep still hasn’t been assessed. I found farranged to have a tow to a local Jeep mechanic who’s rated 5 stars and reputable since 1947. I called and again no manager so receptionist noted to give my keys. I suddenly got a call from Kelsey then Cindy that my Jeep was in fact in the shop and problem found. I said my Jeep will be taken elsewhere. Jeep was loaded on the tow truck AFTER it was fixed! Taken off and I was called to pick it up because it was fixed and ready. I bought my Jeep here and NEVER ever will we be back for our Dodge Ram or Wrangler for servicing. This place is very inefficient, breakdown in communication and filled with pathetic excuses.

My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and my problem addressed within 48 hours. I happened to show up right after closing time to pick up my car and I was still helped and treated kindly -though they had every right to be irritated with the lady that made them work after closing. Jeff was nice and helpful the entire time. Definitely a place I will take my car back to in the future.

No problems with Scott, but very frustrated that on his day offf I called about an update on my van and there was no one who could give an update. When a person spends a thousand dollars to get van fixed and no one can help except the service manager on ibis day off that is a problem. I appreciate Scott calling first thing the next morning with an update.

Scott did an okay job but your service department is WAY better than your parts department. We vowed never to come back after purchasing a new key for our car, but to reduce hassle we came back and had it sync with our ignition. Your parts department is the worst, you seriously need to teach that department the meaning of customer service! Not sure we will be back if we do come back your service department would be the reason especially the women who work there they acted liked they cared about us!

Somehow the ask for an oil change was not on the order. Very disappointed when I realized it wasn’t done. However Scott managed to take care of the oil change in a timely manner. I appreciated his genuine efforts to take care of my truck.

Called for ETA on vehicle after dropping it off first thing in the morning. Told vehicle ready between 2 and three. At dealer after 3 and told it would be another 2o minutes. Two more check ins and still no car. Two hours later checked in again and service guy went to claim paper work. Then my car was delivered. Why no just tell the truth that you have no idea when the car will be ready? I wouldn’t have bothered to come in at all.
