Scott was great! When I made the service appointment I let him know that I had to be at work later in the day and Scott worked with me to figure out a time that I should come in and still be able to leave on time. Scott & his team got the work done early and he communicated with me during the whole process. Thanks Scott!
Jeff wasnt even there, for one... and we weren't contacted by anyone to tell us our truck was done, after over 3 hours of waiting, we asked how much longer... aaannndd it was done already... got a text about 5 minutes after we left saying it was done.
I dropped my car off for recall work and was inquiring about a broken door handle. Was very unhappy that I didn't receive a call until Saturday night when my appt was first thing Saturday morning. Wasn't able to get my car when I went in Sunday. Now I am without a car to even get to work. When I called Monday I come to find out it wasn't even worked on at all. Finally was able to get my car Tuesday afternoon. 3 days after I should have had it back. Huge lack of communication and I feel very unprofessional.
Made an early appointment for next day, didn’t wait long for recall to be addressed. Kelsey Arnold is a wonderful customer service manager. Her attention to my trucks issues, recalls are addressed professionally and with great confidence, I will be taken care of.

We brought in the car for standard service with an estimated time of 2 hours. Almost 4 hours later we received a text from Jeff that our car was in good hands. 6 hours later we left a message for Jeff, no response, called again. He said that he sent work repair estimate but I never got it on email.Also, the service report indicated that our rear brakes were in fair condition, when we just had the rear brakes replaced... clearly the worker never actually inspected those rear brakes. We picked up the car and Jeff was apologetic, but as long time customers of **** Hannah Chrysler, having bought two new vans there,we will no longer do business with you, and cannot recommend you to others. Kelsey was awesome. Service not so much. Stirring wheel was dirty, and they did not reset the oil change. Air conditioner was going full blast when we got in the car. Never, ever, do we get our car washed!!!! We told them no this time, but in two years, every time we ask, NO CAR WASH

Something is still going on with my auto start
and auto lights. I'm going to have to bring it
back again. They Auto start doesn't work
consistently. The auto lights don't automatically
come on as before I have to manually turn on
the lights.
