I had no issues at all with Darin the day of my appointment, however, I had so many issues with my first appointment. The first appointment was schedule for the week before and it was a disaster from beginning to in. I spoke to a very rude lady the morning of my first appointment. There was no rental car as promised, and it took multiple phone calls to get it rescheduled.
Scott was professional and kept me informed about my Jeep.

No communication. multiple phone calls over a couple hours and would finally get a call back or i would finally get him to take my call. No texts except the first one about my scheduled service but the car had been dropped off the night before.
The service was good. I got the keys I needed made. The customer waiting time was horrendous! I won't come back here again. I waited 2 hours for 1 key fob and 2 keys to be cut. Then, told the keys were done, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes to pay. This was ridiculous! I would rather pay someone else more and not waste my time.

I appreciated the updates through text messages regarding how the work on my vehicle was progressing. I was kept informed through the whole process. I appreciate it.
First off they were charging $212 for a simple oil change. I said no to that., so they were going to take care of the recall items. They had my truck for 4 hours and when I got the truck home the screws on the access panel were not screwed in, I do have photos of how the screws looked when I discovered them. I am very concerned that other steps were missed. I am very displeased width the entire appointment
Jeff was Great. Very patient but 58 days to not have my car is nuts. Yes you gave me a loaner. The General Mgr never called me even after Cindy asked him to on two occasions. Not a good experience
Since purchasing my Jeep Wrangler from **** Hannah, all my service experiences have been outstanding. This service was a factory recall. The scheduling and service process could not have been better. Thank you.
To find out I had my truck in there before for a whole day and it did not get fixed and we hen I left they said all done. It wasn't fixed. They didn't have the part but that isn't what the service dept said. Then to top it off, when I made the appointment this time to get it fixed, to hey offered to shuttle me home and back again. When I dropped my truck off the service representative said oh sorry we changed our policy. Nice time to find a out. I could have sat there all day waiting. Lyft dies not go clear to my house. What kind of information flow fo you have. It is a nice idea to convey information. I have yet to have a good experience there. In the future, I would drive many miles to get work done. I was also led to believe it would only be one day. You guys have a lot of work to do on communication.
