Had a dream to get a Ram truck brand new this way I can make sure everything's done right but guess what happens when you live in Vancouver Washington and you buy it Ram you have to take it to **** Hannah where they don't care about your vehicle and if you say you do you are lying you care about how fast you can get vehicles through can't even check stupid transmission fluid level help me drive around for two weeks with 1.5 quarts low now I don't even want my truck don't offer me nothing you guys are pitiful and you destroyed my dream he probably don't even care about the so goodbye

My locking lugnut key was lost and my tires couldnt be rotated because you do not have a universal one. I looked back in my matinence history and your shop was the last one to rotate my tires. I've also been waiting for 5 hours to hear back from a claims representative now.

I dropped my truck for a couple recalls and oil change. I received a text and simple messsage from Teila stating my truck was done. Upon picking it up i reviewed the multi point inspection report prior to leaving and saw that there were three things recoomened. Air filter, wiper blades and an active leak in the transmission cap. My truck is only a year old and still under warranty. Had she called me I would have told her to replace air filter and wiper blades. As for the leak this is where I am mostly unhappy as this is under warranty and I was never asked to leave it for further repair. At that point I questioned one of the service reps. Her name is Kelsey Arnold she was helpful and talked to service to find exactly the issue and apologized for Teila lack of communication. Kelsey kept the truck and is taking care of the leak, and at this point my truck is still there getting repaired. I don’t always review my paper work in detail and that is my issue but I do assume that when I take my practically new truck to the dealer that if they find an issue they will let me know and repair it as it is all under warranty. Kelsey was very helpful and did her best to resolve a bad situation. I do hope this will be brought to Teila attention. I brought my truck in for the oil change as I leave in a month for a trip to California and will be pulling a horse trailer, and god forbid that leak had caused an issue on my drive this could have been very bad for everyone. I always bring my truck in for a check and oil change prior to my trip so that I can make sure there are no issues and this was very alarming to me that there was one that she did not bring to my attention. Did recall on my truck for transmission decided not to put 1.5 quarts of fluid in as they say drove around for 2 weeks almost doing god-knows-what to my transmission never offered me an extended warranty or anything just said it was fine and I do not believe you at all

Were not told location of service department when making the appointment. Check in time was long. Issue with express pay. Then had to show that we paid by logging into our bank and showing proof of payment. Took over 15 minutes for our truck to be brought out. Overall not a very enjoyable experience at all. It was not Jeff’s fault but just a lot of other things going wrong or being vet slow.

I went in for an oil change you would think they would reset the oil life sensor on it.. second oil change and car did not get washed again
