Brought car in for oil change. Added a couple small items to the notes.
The small items were addressed but no oil change. There was apparently a multi-point inspection, but no inspection report. Vehicle still tells me an oil change is due. Tire psi were at 36 36 36 and 30....doesn’t sound like an inspection was actually done.
it would be nice if you kept our phone numbers straight, but no biggie.

I have had Scott before, and then as well with this visit, I have been very satisfied with his and **** Hannah’s service. In fact Scott went above and beyond - he helped me to pare my mobile phone.
It seems your service department is only helpful and friendly when I’m spending money out of pocket. As I did a few weeks before this visit. Scott was very helpful and friendly on that encounter. When I brought in my five month old grand Cherokee because of transmission failure so bad it was towed in it was another story completely. Scott was rude sheepish and measured in all responses to the idea of Warrantee work. I was told no loaner would be given to me/then he quickly changed his mind and gave me a piece of garbage renegade. It smelled disgusting inside, upon inspection of it , it was clear it had been smoked in.. a lot... I do not smoke..He kept my car over the weekend. Long story short nothing was done and it wasn’t driven by anyone. I keep track of the miles. It went in and came out with the same mileage. Your own paperwork reflects this fact. Bottom line nothing was done and the transmission is slipping ow and still ! Further more Scott told me I had NO Warrantee on my new grand Cherokee purchased NEW at your location five months ago. BTW it has under 15.000 miles at five months old. Also be advised I keep a dash camera in my vehicle at all times and have the event recorded. Is crappy service intentional ? Or is this just a Scott Long issue ? I exspect some sort of response from someone in a position to make this right. This is the second brand New vehicle Ive purchased from you in the last two years. Time to take my money elsewhere? I am disappointed in your company at the moment and look forward to hearing from you shortly. Sincerely Canaan F

We brought our vehicle in several times for the same issue in were told there was no resolution until we escalated to a manager and she said there were still 2 options to be exhausted. In the meantime we were told there were no loaner vehicles available and had to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle, then we were told we would not be reimbursed under our warranty because no issue had been found. Even though the issue still persisted in the engine light was still on.
