I was told my car had an oil leak when I went to get an oil change and that I needed to take my car to the dealership immediately. When I got there, the person who helped me said they couldn’t get me in that day since I did not have an appointment. In reality, fixing a car with a leak should hold priority over appointments because it is not safe to drive a car with an oil leak and I did not want to cause any problems. I was told I would receive a phone call as soon as my car was looked at, so we could discuss what the issue was and whether or not the warranty covered it. After 2 hours I had no received a call, so I texted the phone number and my car had already been looked at and no one contacted me. I was not satisfied with my service because I was at risk of not getting my car fixed today because I did not have an appointment and I had to be assertive and stand up for myself in order to get my car fixed.
