Yes Teila was great, she greated me with a smile when I pulled in to the bay, and I was kept abreast of when car would be fi ish, on another note being a African American Male we often dont get a nice greeting,I have become so numb that i dont expect, i was proven wrong on Saturday,kudos to Teila she made my morning.

Kelsey was great to work with. Appreciated being able to schedule service appointment within three days. Another dealership in the area didn't have any openings in their schedule for two weeks.

I was quoted $1250 and paid well over $1600, I was told my Jeep would be done That afternoon but It wasn't, then told next day it would be done at 11am, had to keep calling and finally was told I could pick it up at 3pm. The work looks nice but if it was going to take two days would rather be told upfront, and the price was 400 higher than had been quoted.

I waited for 4 hours for my car to be serviced. I had an appointment at 8am and didn’t leave till 11:55am. As I was waiting I notice my car already parked out front for who knows how long. I proceeded back to the service bay to see if it was ready. As I stood there, waiting, no one bothered to asked if I had any questions. 2 others customers pull up and your service reps asked them right away if they needed anything. After those 2 customer were helped,, the guys Right behind Jeff’s desk asked if I needed anything. As he proceeded to help me he called Jeff via walker talkie letting him know I was here and the lady who sat in the front of Jeff’s desk, while having her lunch on her desk (unprofessional), told him that Jeff was on lunch. Who know how long I would’ve waited if I never notice my car parked out front. The guy behind Jeff’s desk was filling out “paperwork” and presented the sales invoice. I brought up to 10% off service coupon. He replied that I should’ve shown him that before he was filling out the “paperwork”. I’m sorry I don’t work at the service department so I don’t know what “paperwork” you were typing up. I hated my experience at your service center. I just moved to the area and noticed you guys are the only Jeep dealer in Vancouver. I’m willing to drive further to Portland to seek other options.

Disorganized check-in! When I picked up my vehicle Jennifer was on the phone and completely ignored me for approximately 5 to 10 minutes! Also someone changed my radio station!
1. Quoted a price that was 300 less than what I ended up paying. This needs to be more accurate.
2. I received 2 phone calls after I dropped off my vehicle to confirm what service was needed. This should have been confirmed at time of drop off at the latest.
3. I was told I could have a rental but was told that "don't call me, I'll call you if we can't give you a rental". With kids and a job, I need a more concrete plan. I ended up renting a car on my own dime because I needed the guarantee of transportation.
4. My vehicle was given back to me with many greasy, dirty fingerprints all over the ceiling of my jeep (freedom top panels) where I have kept meticulously clean. This is where they were working on my vehicle.
I would not be able to recommend this dealership for service based on my experience at this point.
